Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Stuart Alternative Water Supply Phase IV is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 48, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Stuart 14
Alternative Water Su pply Phase IV as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 48. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
