Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Special Olympics of Florida Unified Champions 9
Schools is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 51, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Special Olympics of Florida 16
Unified Champions Schools as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 51. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
