Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Loxahatchee River Environmental Control 10
District Environmental Education Facilities at the Jupiter Inlet 11
Lighthouse is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 12
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 40, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $320,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Loxahatchee 18
River Environmental Control District Environmental Education 19
Facilities at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse as described in 20
Appropriations Project Request 40. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
