Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Homewood/South Sewall's Point Road Phase 3 9
Enhancement Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 74, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Homewood/South Sewall's Point Road Phase 3 Enhancement Project 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 74. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
