Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Magic of Orange County Conservation and STEM 10
Environmental Outdoor Learning for K -12 and Beyond is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 44, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $162,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Education to fund the Magic of Orange County 17
Conservation and STEM Environmental Outdoor Learning for K -12 18
and Beyond as described in Appropriations Project Request 44. 19
Section 3. This act shall take ef fect July 1, 2022. 20
