Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. YMCA State Alliance/YMCA Reads is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 61, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the YMCA State Alliance/YMCA 14
Reads as described in Appropriations Project Request 61. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
