Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County 9
Lighthouse Teen Development Center is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 19, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Boys & Girls 16
Clubs of St. Lucie County Lighthouse Teen Development Center as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 19. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
