Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Nutrition for Elderly in Northeast Florida is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 20, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Nutrition for Elderly in 14
Northeast Florida as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
20. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
