Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Seminole County Hope and Healing Center 9
(Opioid/Addiction Recovery Partnership) is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 27, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Seminole County 16
Hope and Healing Center (Opioid/Addiction Recovery Partnership) 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 27. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
