Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Community, Cops, Courts & State Attorney 9
Violent Crime Intervention (CCCSA) is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 99, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $492,411 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Community, Cops, 16
Courts & State Attorney Violent Crime Intervention (CCCSA) as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 99. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
