Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Auditory Oral Intervention for Children with 9
Hearing Loss is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 43, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $875,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Auditory Oral Intervention for 16
Children with Hearing Loss as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 43. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
