Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Arc Jacksonville Transition to Community 9
Employment & Life Skills is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of R epresentatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 28, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Arc 16
Jacksonville Transition to Community Employment & Life Skills as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 28. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
