Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Sewall's Point Septic to Sewer Conversion -South 9
Sewall's Point Planning Phase is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 78, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Sewall's 16
Point Septic to Sewer Conversion -South Sewall's Point Planning 17
Phase as described in Appropriations Project Request 78. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
