Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Hillsborough County Baker Act Bed Funding is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 47, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,596,331 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Hillsborough 14
County Baker Act Bed Funding as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 47. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
