Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Coconut Creek Wynmoor Potable Water Service 9
Line Retrofit Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 89, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental P rotection to fund the Coconut Creek 16
Wynmoor Potable Water Service Line Retrofit Project as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 89. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
