Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Wauchula Southwest Area Elevated Water Tower 9
with Transmission Lines is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 67, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $8,212,789 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Wauchula 16
Southwest Area Elevated Water Tower with Transmission Lines as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 67. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
