Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Southwest Ranches SW 54th Place Drainage 9
Extension to Ivanhoe Canal is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 112, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $409,422 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Southwest 16
Ranches SW 54th Place Drainage Extension to Ivanhoe Canal as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 112. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
