Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Southwest Ranches Public Safety Land Purchase 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 108, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Division of Emergency Management to fund the Southwest Ranches 16
Public Safety Land Purchase as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 108. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
