Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Treasure Coast Hospice Negative Pressure Rooms 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 38, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $290,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Treasure Coast Hospice Negative 16
Pressure Rooms as described in Appropriations Project Request 17
38. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
