Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Farm Share Program is an Appropriations Project 8
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 9
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 81, herein 10
incorporated by reference . 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the 14
Farm Share Program as described in Appropriations Proje ct 15
Request 81. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
