Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bonita Springs Home Elevation and Buy -Out 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 25, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Bonita Springs 16
Home Elevation and Buy -Out Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 25. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
