Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Central Florida Expressway Authority - Highway 9
Safety is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 124, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,153,606 from the Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund is 15
appropriated to the Department of Highway Safety and Mot or 16
Vehicles to fund the Central Florida Expressway Authority - 17
Highway Safety as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
124. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
