Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Longwood Fire Station Construction is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 163, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Longwood Fire 14
Station Construction as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 163. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
