Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Pathways to Home Supportive Housing is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 145, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $488,074 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Pathways to Home 14
Supportive Housing as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 145. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
