Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lakeland's Se7en Wetlands Educational Center 9
Construction is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 75, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Lakeland's Se7en Wetlands Educational Center Construction as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 75. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
