Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Atlantic University —Max Planck Florida 9
Scientific Fellows Program (MPFSFP) is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 166, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Florida Atlantic University —16
Max Planck Florida Scientific Fellows Program (MPFSFP) as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 166. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
