Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Ormond Beach Septic Tank Conversion is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 209, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $532,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Ormond Beach 14
Septic Tank Conversion as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 209. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
