Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Beach County Loxahatchee River Battlefield 9
Park Culvert Replacement Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 190, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $125,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Palm Beach 16
County Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park Culvert Replacement 17
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 190. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
