Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Florida Emergency Shelter - South Florida 9
Fairgrounds is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 177, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Division of Emergency Management to fund the South Florida 16
Emergency Shelter - South Florida Fairgrounds as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 177. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
