Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Veterans in Crisis Emergency Fund is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 143, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $360,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Veterans' Affairs to fund the Veterans in Crisis 14
Emergency Fund as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
143. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
