Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Technology Enhancements for Adults with Severe 9
and Persistent Mental Health Disorders is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in Th e Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 119, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Technology 16
Enhancements for Adults with Severe and Persistent Mental Health 17
Disorders as described in Appropriations Project Request 119. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
