Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. State College of Florida - Dental Hygiene 9
Equipment Upgrade is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 92, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $625,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the State College of Florida - 16
Dental Hygiene Equipment Upgrade as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 92. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
