Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Greenacres Fire Station Headquarters Renovation 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 215, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Greenacres Fire 16
Station Headquarters Renovation as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 215. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
