Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The Florida Holocaust Museum: Preserving 9
Holocaust Survivor Testimonies and Artifacts is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in T he Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 197, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund The Florida Holocaust Museum: 16
Preserving Holocaust Survivor Testimonies and Artifacts as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 197. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
