Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Second Chance Program - 8th Judicial Circuit is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 174, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $346,735 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Corrections to fund the Second Chance Program - 8th 14
Judicial Circuit as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
174. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
