Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The NO MORE Foundation - Human Trafficking 9
Capacity Expansion in Tampa Bay is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 238, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Legal Affairs and Attorney General to fund The NO 16
MORE Foundation - Human Trafficking Capacity Expansion in Tampa 17
Bay as described in Appropriations Project Request 238. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
