Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary Environmental 9
Education Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 170, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary 16
Environmental Education Center as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 170. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
