Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Senior Mental Wellness Support and Crisis 9
Response Initiative is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 180, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Senior Mental 16
Wellness Support and Crisis Response Initiative as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 180. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
