Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Wellington Neighborhood Flood Control 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 168, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,526,419 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Wellington Neighborhood Flood Control Improvements as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 168. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
