Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Port St. Lucie Southern Grove Jobs Corridor 9
Water Main Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 241, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,774,150 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Prot ection to fund the Port St. 16
Lucie Southern Grove Jobs Corridor Water Main Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 241. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
