Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Mote Marine Coral Restoration is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 230, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the Mote 14
Marine Coral Restoration as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 230. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
