Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Seminole County Public Schools - Health Careers 10
Pipeline Modernization at Seminole High School Academy of Health 11
Careers is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 12
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 181, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Education to fund the Seminole County Public 18
Schools - Health Careers Pipeline Modernization at Seminole High 19
School Academy of Health Careers as described in Appropriations 20
Project Request 181. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
