Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Loggerhead Marinelife Center Lifesaving Water 10
Treatment System for Sick or Injured Sea Turtles is an 11
Appropriations Project as d efined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 269, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the Loggerhead 17
Marinelife Center Lifesaving Water Treatment System for Sick or 18
Injured Sea Turtles as described in Appropriations Project 19
Request 269. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
