Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of Florida Resilience to PFAS 9
Contamination in Brevard County is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 261, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the University of 16
Florida Resilience to PFAS Contamination in Brevard County as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 261. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
