Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Jacksonville School for Autism Supportive 9
Transition & Employment Placement (STEP) Program is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 130, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Jacksonville School for 16
Autism Supportive Transition & Employment Placement (STEP) 17
Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 130. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
