Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Longwood Server Infrastructure Replacement is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 309, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $495,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Management Services to fund the Longwood Server 14
Infrastructure Replacement as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 309. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
