Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Kissimmee Shingle Creek Regional Trail Security 9
and Protection Project is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 359, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Kissimmee 16
Shingle Creek Regional Trail Security and Protection Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 359. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
