Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Coastal Conservation Association Inshore Reef 9
Project Tampa Bay is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 268, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $950,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Co mmission to fund the Coastal 16
Conservation Association Inshore Reef Project Tampa Bay as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 268. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
