Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Arc Broward Skills Training Adults with 9
Disabilities is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 348, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Arc Broward Skills Training 16
Adults with Disabilities as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 348. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
