Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Mount Dora Hilltop Drainage Improvements for 9
Flood Mitigation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 326, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $207,671 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the Mount Dora 16
Hilltop Drainage Improvements for Flood Mitigation as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 326. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
